A four-day loop that returns to San Pedro
This is a return journey from Chile through Bolivia’s highland lagoons to the Uyuni salt flat and back. It is not the same as a three-day one-way itinerary ending in Uyuni. The vehicle has a maximum of six participants and the driver speaks Spanish.
The first day already visits very high terrain: it takes in the Sol de Mañana geothermal area, at about 4,900 metres, along with highland lagoons and Polques. Accommodation and meals are included, with Bolivian park admission additional. Ask for the exact room arrangement and comfort level rather than assuming private hotel rooms.

Meeting point and return
Listed meeting point: White & Green Travel, Caracoles 179 D. Reconfirm pickup and return logistics.
Use the operator’s final confirmation for the exact time and address. If your accommodation is outside the centre, send its full address before assuming the advertised collection area covers it.
Fit this into your trip
The final-day return is described around midday, but a border crossing is not a reliable flight connection. Leave a buffer before flying from Calama. Confirm current entry requirements for your nationality with the relevant authorities and read the altitude guide before committing to the first highland day.
Eligibility and details to confirm
Listing excludes pregnant travellers, people with back problems and wheelchair users. Route approaches 5,000 m. Spanish-speaking driver.
Before booking, check the entry-ticket arrangement, pickup and return point, language, meals and any age or altitude restrictions against your party’s needs. Read the cancellation deadline shown on the option you actually select. A weather-related route change is a separate question from voluntarily cancelling a reservation.
How we assessed this option

This is an editorial assessment of published booking information, not a claim that we personally took the tour.
